About the Role
The purpose of this role is to localize global digital assets for our paid media campaigns and owned content. You will work closely with category managers to understand the campaign plans and creative assets needed.
Main responsibilities but not limited to:
Understand the campaign plans for Dyson categories in Poland
Work with category managers to select the creative assets from global campaign kits for localization. The assets include usually social media ads, display banner ads needed for See/Think/Do phases of the digital media funnel
Prepare briefs for global transcreation agency which will adapt the assets
If needed be able to adapt the assets yourself (Social media ads, Display banner ads)
Manage the end-to-end adaptation process according to the set deadlines
Manage adaptation budget and open POs
2+ years digital marketing experience in either agency or client-side
Passion for creative assets development
Good understanding of digital media ecosystem and variety of digital ads formats
Well-organized with focus on delivering projects on time
Flexible; comfortable with fast-paced environments where various things change daily and adjust to various needs
Understanding of mobile first/responsive design
Solid knowledge of Adobe package – Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Experience in HTML, CSS and JS in order to create and adapt rich content, landing pages and animated display
Knowledge of Google Web Designer
Excellent communication skills in English
