Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

In this position you will work collaboratively across marketing, e-commerce, sales and finance teams to develop, execute and measure digital marketing plans. You are a digital marketing expert for Dyson Poland, responsible for strategic execution and regular analysis of digital paid media marketing campaigns including: programmatic display, paid social, paid search, affiliates, and digital content partnerships working with international media agencies. 

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Manage digital media planning in a rapidly changing environment
  • Contribute to quarterly & annual media agency briefings
  • Run performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across all paid media channels
  • Effective project management of the campaigns from briefing, planning, trafficking, through to post launch analysis
  • Work closely with E-commerce manager to ensure performance media drive sufficient & quality traffic to
  • Manage day-to-day media agency: scope of work, reporting, dash boarding
  • Own the digital trafficking process
  • Monitor digital KPI’s (CPM, CPV, VTR, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to ensure we continually optimize to exceed targets
  • Produce meaningful post-campaign analysis and monthly campaign reports and improve the quality and efficiency of digital campaigns through relentless testing, targeting and refining plans
  • Manage the digital media budget including raising purchase orders 

2. Develop digital campaign assets 
  • Lead the local adaptation of social, programmatic video & display assets for 
  • Work closely with Sales team and E-commerce manager to understand the efficiency of digital campaigns and the impact on Direct and Retail sales
  • Become a product & digital expert in the team. Drive the awareness and importance of digital activities to internal teams and retailers

3. Play a key role in joint Dyson and Retailer digital campaigns 
  • Assess the proposed joint media plans (internal & external campaigns) in context of media choices and KPIs
  • Lead the development and adaptation of digital creative assets with external agency

About you

  • University degree with a major in Digital Marketing or E-commerce or other business/ analytical discipline
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and proficient English language skills is a must 
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital paid media, including implementation and optimization of digital campaigns
  • Must have eCommerce experience working with a transactional website, marketing products and services online for a consumer brand
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with major media and web analytics reporting tools and ability to analyze data and translate results to inform decisions
  • Externally focused: proactive in finding new digital paid media tools and new ways of campaign optimization 
  • Must have excellent project management skills to coordination both internal and external resource in a cross-functional organization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; must be able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks as needed
  • Self-motivated, objective, enthusiastic, inquisitive, committed, flexible
  • Previous experience working with/for media agency a plus
