About the role

This position will work collaboratively across marketing, e-commerce sales and finance teams to develop, execute and measure digital media plans with the focus on driving awareness and consideration. This person will be a digital marketing expert for Dyson Poland, responsible for execution and regular analysis of digital paid media marketing campaigns including: programmatic, paid social and paid search as well as digital content partnerships working with international media agencies.

Main responsibilities but not limited to:

Lead digital media planning and analysis

  • Contribute to quarterly & annual media agency briefings

  • Run digital marketing campaigns across all paid media channels with the focus on driving brand & product awareness and consideration

  • Effective project management of the campaigns from briefing, planning, preparing creative matrix sheets ending with post launch analysis

  • Work closely with Performance media manager and E-commerce manager to ensure paid media drive sufficient & quality traffic to Dyson.pl that converts well into sales

  • Manage day-to-day media agency contact in terms of campaign updates and reporting

  • Monitor on a weekly basis digital KPI’s (e.g. CPM, CPV, VTR, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to ensure we continually optimize media campaigns to exceed targets

  • Produce meaningful post-campaign analysis to get learnings on how to  improve the quality and efficiency of digital campaigns through relentless testing, targeting and refining plans

  • Manage the digital media budget including raising purchase orders

  • Stay in touch with Dyson regional hub teams to understand the latest guidelines across all paid media channels

Manage local Dyson social media channels

  • Work closely with category managers & PR team to align on the communication calendar for our owned social media channels

  • Select the assets from central database and lead development of the local content

  • Brief and monitor the work of the agency which supports management of the channel

  • Manage and monitor the performance of the channel and be up to date with the latest trends to constantly grow the engagement rate

Play a key role in joint Dyson and Retailer digital campaigns

  • Assess the proposed joint media plans (internal & external campaigns) in context of media choices and KPIs

  • Lead the development and adaptation of digital creative assets with external agency (assets for internal and external retailer campaigns as well as rich content  for their webshops)

About you

  • University degree with a major in Digital Marketing or E-commerce or other business/analytical discipline

  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and Proficient English language skills is a must

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital paid media, including implementation and optimization of digital campaigns

  • eCommerce experience working with a transactional website, marketing products and services online for a consumer brand will be very much welcomed

  • Strong analytical skills and hands on experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, DV360 to review performance, make recommendations and evaluate success of campaigns

  • Externally focused: proactive in finding new digital paid media tools and new ways of campaign optimization

  • Must have excellent project management skills to coordination both internal and external resource in a cross-functional organization

  • Entrepreneurial spirit; must be able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks as needed

  • Previous experience working with/for media agency a plus
