Dyson Turkey

Dyson established our first office in Turkey, to be based in Istanbul on October 2018 and Dyson Turkey has been launched in April 2019. Beginning with triple launch, Dyson relentlessly invests to grow in Turkish Floor Care, Hair Care and Environmental Care categories. The company, at the beginning with a small leadership team and full support from the Regional Hub and Group, is a growing company with the spirit of an energetic and passionate start-up. The exciting growth journey of Dyson in Turkey started and continues. 

About the role

The Dyson business in Turkey is growing rapidly and selling Dyson machines direct to consumers is a critical part of this growth. Digitally, the business will make great strides starting from 2019 and it is crucial to this is ensuring we have the skills to drive qualitative traffic to our website.
The Digital Media Specialist will contribute to the ongoing deployment of the Company’s digital marketing strategy. This role will focus on operations regarding paid search, programmatic and social strategies to drive relevant website traffic, leads and meet business goals while developing content strategies and partnerships 
 

This role will be responsible for digital marketing operations in terms of media planning and content related scope based on Dyson.com.tr journey and project partnerships 
Will assist to execute digital marketing plans to support Dyson’s brand, products, services and business objectives.


In detail: 

  • Responsible for operations to manage Dyson Turkey’s paid media investment by managing creative process and delivering ad assets, working with the media agency, to drive relevant and high-quality traffic to on-site content. 

  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly plans to meet channel KPIs by monitoring performance through Digital Platforms and Google Analytics and track budget split, targeting, optimization and content management steps with Media Agency. 

  • Reporting – provide timely post-campaign analysis and reporting, ensuring learning’s is actively applied to future activities to maximize marketing return on investment by ensuring Media KPIs

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Performance Media Analyst to explore ways in which we can leverage the traffic driven on-site to support digital marketing campaigns.

  • Work with the available Analytics platforms to measure and report activity using social analytics and Google Analytics to enhance social content development improve engagement and grow audiences across key channels

  • Responsible for local content projects and deployment of global content strategies and arrange a yearly calendar. Make recommendations on alternative usages and track allocation of advertising budget. 

  • Support Dyson Turkey’s owned media presence in terms web and social platforms and ensure that their contributions is serving to achieve business KPIs

  • Be actively involved in MP business and SEO process with E-comm Team

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • 2-3 years experience in business-related discipline; digital marketing comms or digital media and have knowledge of SEM, display, social media. Experience in an advertising agency welcome

  • Fluent in written and oral business English is essential.

  • Technically competent and comfortable working alongside software developers. Knowledge in Google Analytics, AdWords, SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager 

  • MS Office programs

  • Working knowledge of cookies, tracking and analytical technical mechanics.

  • Independent, structured and careful work
