The Sales function is responsible for developing sales plans and driving sales in-market and in-store execution. The Sales Planning/Operations function will focus on supporting sales team to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of meeting sales target and KPIs.

About the Role

Using leading analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Decibel) you will analyse consumer behaviour on our websites & identify opportunities to test new content, creative and journeys to deliver the best experience. You will be responsible for finding, testing and evaluating the solutions. Your insights and learnings will also help to shape the future of our website platforms.

The practical skills you will gain from this role will provide you with a solid foundation for a career in digital & e-commerce. While all technical & commercial training will be provided, you will need to be curious, enjoy communicating to large groups and working as part of a team, data storytelling, data visualisation and the ability to extract insights from a large dataset will be among the core skills you will learn as a Digital Optimisation Analyst at Dyson.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-

  • Analyse the shopper journey and find optimisation opportunities by utilising analytic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Decibel)

  • Provide optimisation insights by investigating NPS verbatim (Web VOC) and manage Net Promoter Score (shopper satisfaction index)

  • Conduct A/B testing based on the findings and evaluate (track) the result

  • Work collaboratively with the creative, UX/UI, and category teams to action the optimisations

  • Share the findings and investigation progress daily (or Weekly) at APAC market level with stakeholders

  • Develop mid-term optimisation project plan(calendar) and execute investigation accordingly

  • Analyse eComm. sales by channel, category and provide key insights

  • Monitor competitors’ activities by analysing market share data

  • Analyse traffic data by each media and extract key insight from them

  • Keep tracking website performance data (by page group) and continuously provide improvement insight

  • Develop and visualise eComm. data dashboard for various business needs

  • Organise, consolidate, and monitor all eComm. related data and performance on daily basis

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have good awareness and understanding of digital trends and a high level of desire to learn. You are detail minded and self motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.

Previous skills & experience:-

  • Entry level position

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field

  • English skills – Fluent at business English level

  • Strong analysis capability - Excel/ GA/ Decibel skills are preferred (not required)
