Responsible for regional sell out and sales implementation
About the role
Drive sales growth in a defined region.•Develop and increase Dyson product sell out within region. •Identify sales opportunities from sell out data and develop short term goals to increase Dyson sales within regions and retailers. •Identify new business opportunities within sector and drive Dyson distribution within the region. •Build and maintain effective relationships with store managers. •
2.Ensure Dyson’s compliance strategy is executed in store.•Merchandise retail stores with correct POSMs and achieve retail presence standard. •Ensure Dyson displays are clean, tidy and organized.
3.Build strong in-store consultation•Conduct product training of all PS, important Store staff or managers on the Dyson products through spontaneous and pre booked training sessions.
4.Increase awareness of the brand within our retailers store•Negotiate, set up and implement additional display space in store for an agreed time frame. •Promote the full range of Dyson products including accessories, environmental control and non-floor care, highlighting key technology and NPD.
5.People Management•Manage, engage and develop regional sales team, including RDM/SS/EL/PS to build a strong team to better support and enable business
6.Fulfill other duties as required.•Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role •Fix things that you can see need fixing •Identify problems and find solutions
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:•Passionate about Dyson/technology/long term development in sales organization; •Driven by the desire to win and for continuous improvement •Entrepreneurship spirit, unafraid to try new things, be able to deal with ambiguity, and willing to take risks as needed.

Knows how to develop necessary tool/ system/ scorecard to solve business problem/ enable for an easier execution;
