About the role
This role is located in Cologne, Germany, in the vibrant quarter Ehrenfeld in a great office location. This role is a permanent. This role enables you to gain valuable e-commerce experience and develop quickly at Dyson.
The German Retail eCommerce Team is responsible for driving 3th party online sales via retailer.de websites whilst at the same time providing a best in class user experience to customers and owners at those 3th party websites.
Within the team sits the retailer.de experience responsibility to make sure that the experience of the websites is always in best conditions for our consumers who are increasingly shop online. We reach for an even higher experience score. That score is a global score where Dyson markets are ranked by their experience fulfilment which Germany is ranked on position one. Your challenge will be to spearhead experience, stay on top of the world and even grow to a higher score.
Fulfilling this, you will be responsible for marketing activities, consumer experience, product launches and data analytics of campaigns and always on website performances of our retailers.

Marketing activities: You are in charge of planning, executing and follow up on marketing campaigns which you will manage with the retailer and the corresponding key account managers. (Onsite, Offsite, Newsletter, Social Media campaigns)
Product Launches: You are responsible for launching our new products at the retailers websites, managing the retailers' and product specific assets and deliver them in time. Asset briefing and time management is key.
Data analytics: Drive transparency of the retailers Online performance by creating KPI dashboards, analyzing data and create a report with optimizations to improve marketing activities and always on performance is your innovative and important project to manage
Internal communication: You are in daily contact with our design hub, Key Account Managers, Category teams and Dyson headquarter to successfully deliver above responsibilities
External communication: You are first point of contact for our retailer that runs an online website selling Dyson products when it comes to online related daily business s topics such as AO.de, Flaconi.de, Breuninger.de, Galaxus.de, Sephora.de and KaDeWe.de. Additionally, you are in contact with agencies for rich media etc.
Content Audits: You will create content audits per product category per retailer in partnership with the category to identify gaps and create the best onsite experience for our consumers.
Online Experience: You are in charge of tracking the online experience of our retailers websites at the retailers´ brand shops an product listing pages. Latest videos, gallery images, ratings, reviews, comparison table and rich content are always up to date. An internal tool helps you for monitoring.

Ideally first experiences in e-commerce and/or online marketing
Passion for our innovations and technology
Passion and first experiences in Data analytics_Creating Dashboards, analysing data, figure out optimizations based on data
Solid experience in excel and PowerPoint
Outstanding organization skills and structured ways of working
Ideally first experiences in creating dashboards with google data studio
Strong ability to meet deadlines
Teamplayer mentality is key
Strong communication skills to internal and external partners
Fluency in German and English
