Dyson Turkey

Dyson established our first office in Turkey, to be based in Istanbul on October 2018 and Dyson Turkey has been launched in April 2019. Beginning with triple launch, Dyson relentlessly invests to grow in Turkish Floor Care, Hair Care and Environmental Care categories. The company, at the beginning with a small leadership team and full support from the Regional Hub and Group, is a growing company with the spirit of an energetic and passionate start-up. About the role

We’re growing – fast. The ambition for eCommerce business is huge. Our goal is to consistently grow our eCommerce business double digit year on year for next 5 years. Dyson.com is where all Dyson initiatives come together and is the single most visible touch point to our consumers. Dyson is about better ideas and better technologies, as the Content Exec you will play a supportive role in implementing the plans which reflects our strategy for Dyson to succeed.

The Content Exec support emerging high growth markets in implementing changes to their website. As we grow, we seek to better understand our customers in each of our markets to ensure their experience is meaningful. We have an iterative, data-led optimisation process, driven by passion and an unstoppable push for perfection. This role will require close collaboration with multiple markets and a keen eye for detail to ensure we get the best online execution possible.


Accountabilities 

Dyson is a fast paced and agile company. The below is an example of your main week to week accountabilities but is not a complete list.

  • Manage the content and products web shop through our Content Management Systems, delivering a consistently premium customer experience.

  • Work with in market eCom teams on delivering digital initiatives and strategy.

  • Set up and manage promotions in line with the relevant commercial calendar. Working cross-functionally to ensure promotions are well merchandised and drive a positive uplift in sales.

  • Carrying out regular site health checks, covering areas such as 404s and onsite search performance.

  • Drive SEO performance and organic traffic and conversions.

  • Working with our owner experience team to manage content on website to address key owner tension points.

  • Partner with the RACE programme which identifies insights and quick wins to improve day to day trading

  • Support with development and implementation of AB Testing strategy.

  • Fulfil other duties as required

  • Pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role

  • Fix things that you can see need fixing

  • Identify problems and find solutions.

  • Keep Up to Speed on the Latest Digital trends.

About you

  • Owner first Mind-set: You’ll think first and foremost what these plans and actions do for our owner experience.

  • Previous experience in eCommerce content management, using CMS systems such as AEM is preferable but not required, additionally proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is a plus

  • Previous experience in a eCommerce environment ideally within a premium goods tech setting is also preferable

  • Has previous experience in a fast-paced sales driven environment.

  • Strong communicator: Able to clearly communicate technical issues in a simple laymen’s terminology.

  • Keen eye for detail particularly within a digital setting

  • Has a bias for action and to get things done with a positive attitude.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Project management skills- able to break down a goal into manageable tasks and work efficiently to deadline

  • You’ll be comfortable working in fast agile environment and dealing with ambiguity.

  • Collaborative: You’re Comfortable collaborating will colleagues and peers across countries, cultures and levels of seniority
