E-Commerce Content Executive

About the role

The Content Executive will have the opportunity to build their skills in e-commerce, developing their knowledge and capability within a globally recognised technology brand. S/he will be part of the E-commerce Experience team and will report into the E-commerce Experience Manager.

Development will be facilitated through hands on experience and learning, and ultimately the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Guarantee the roll out and publishing flow of new product launches, campaigns, promotions and merchandising content across a range of Dyson platforms, with primary focus on but including eBay and other new channels within Dyson Direct online business.

  • Work with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to brief content requirements to our in-house and 3rd party creative teams

  • Work closely with Marketing team to make sure content is reviewed and amended correctly, in line with Dyson brand guidelines, and ensure accuracy of the translations provided

  • Monitor website performance via global and local analytics tools, and suggest improvements to content, layout and customer journey to maximise traffic and sales opportunities

  • Assist the Digital Marketing team to ensure web traffic is being directed to the correct landing pages on

  • Support the E-commerce Experience Manager with ad hoc tasks, including but not limited website data analysis, reporting and briefing

  • Work on ad hoc projects such as SEO, Live Shopping, Digital NPS, A/B testing, etc.

  • Constant updating and benchmarking of competitors and monitoring trends and products in the technology world in order to be always in line with customers expectations

About you

  • The Content Executive must demonstrate engagement and enthusiasm towards working in a digital role. 

  • S/he must be a strong communicator, in both Italian and English, and be able to articulate problems, solutions and results to all levels of the business. 

  • S/he must be agile, proactive, a team player, and show willing to learn, explore and develop their knowledge of e-commerce/digital.

Dyson is looking for someone with flair, strong attention to detail, and preferably 1-2 years of e-commerce/digital experience to manage day to day web content implementation across our growing range of e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and SAP Hybris is a plus.
