Dyson Turkey

Dyson established our first office in Turkey, to be based in Istanbul on October 2018 and Dyson Turkey has been launched in April 2019. Beginning with triple launch, Dyson relentlessly invests to grow in Turkish Floor Care, Hair Care and Environmental Care categories. The company, at the beginning with a small leadership team and full support from the Regional Hub and Group, is a growing company with the spirit of an energetic and passionate start-up. The exciting growth journey of Dyson in Turkey started and continues.

About the role

The ambition for our local in market Dyson website business is huge. Our goal is to consistently grow our eCommerce business double digit year on year for next 5 years. is where all Dyson initiatives come together and is the single most visible touch point to our consumers. Dyson is about better ideas and better technologies, as eCom Experience Manager you will play a central part in bringing our eCom and digital plans and operations for in Turkey Market.

At Dyson our Owner is central to everything we do and your role will make sure that owners are getting fantastic experience, every day on our web shop. We run our eCommerce business using the eCom equation- traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV) and this role will have tasks & responsibilities working across all three of these areas in order to deliver top and bottom line targets.

The eCom Experience Manager is accountable for a flawless and world class owner experience on in Turkey Market. You are expected to work closely with a network of marketing, supply chain, digital, group creative, regional and analytics colleague based in Dyson’s global as well as local functions in driving performance.


Dyson is a fast paced and agile company with a lot of change. The below is an example of your main accountabilities but is not a complete list.

  • Owner Experience: You will ensure that owners are getting a fantastic brand experience on all parts of the Dyson website

  • Owner support and Customer Services: You will work with these teams to identify owner tension points on the website, putting in place and implementing plans to address them.

  • Content & Merchandising: You will over see all content projects and tasks for the market, working with group as needed and your local team to make sure site is correctly merchandised at all time across categories.

  • Site Health Check: You’ll conduct regular health checks on key parts of the site to ensure website is running smoothly eg checkout audits, 404 errors etc

  • NPD: You’ll ensure all content for NPD is ready and launched as per guidelines.

  • SEO: You will work closely with marketing on technical implementation on SEO to improve our organic search results

  • Digital Demo: You’ll work closely with retail team, ensuring smooth customer journeys as part of digital demo project.

  • People management: you’ll manage team of Content Executives, nurturing talent and/or managing poor performance as needed.

  • Project lead for key season moments: Ensure we have great cross functional plans for key peak moments on the web business- eg Summer Heat Wave, Black Friday etc.

About you

  • Owner first Mind-set: You’ll think first and foremost what these plans and actions do for our owner experience.

  • Comfortable with complexity and change: Comfortable adapting quickly and often to changes.

  • Team leader: Manage team of Content Executives, play role in coaching and supporting broader eCom team.

  • eCommerce Expert: min 2-3 years’ management experience and using eCom systems Experience with AEM and Hybris is preferable

  • Ability to navigate matrix structure: You’ll be comfortable working with diverse teams across the organisation and navigating a matrixed organisation.

  • Prior knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Decibel would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Strong communicator: Able to clearly communicate technical issues in a simple laymen’s terminology.

  • Keen eye for detail particularly within a digital setting

  • Has a bias for action and ability get things done with a positive attitude.
