About the role

Experience Manager you will play a central part in bringing our eCom and digital plans and operations for in the Italian Market.

At Dyson our Owner is central to everything we do and your role will make sure that owners are getting optimal experience, every day on our web shop. The eCom Experience Manager is accountable for an optimised and best in class owner experience on You are expected to work cross functionally with marketing, supply chain, digital, group creative and analytic teams/colleagues based locally and throughout our global functions.


Dyson is a fast paced and agile company with a lot of change. The below is a list of the main responsibilities but not limited to,

  • Owner Experience: You will ensure that owners are getting a best-in-class brand experience on all parts of the Dyson website in line with our company guidelines.

  • Owner support and Customer Services: You will work with these teams to identify owner tension points on the website, putting in place and implementing plans to address them.

  • Content & Merchandising: You will oversee all content projects and tasks for the market, working with group as needed and your local team to make sure site is correctly merchandised across categories.

  • Site Health Check: You’ll conduct regular health checks on key parts of the site to ensure website is running smoothly e.g checkout audits, 404 errors etc

  • NPD: You’ll ensure all content for NPD is ready and launched as per guidelines.

  • SEO: You will work closely with marketing on technical implementation on SEO to improve our organic search results

  • NPS, Digital Awareness and Consideration: You will lead project groups to understand and improve each metric and its association for

  • Digital Demo: You’ll work closely with retail team, ensuring smooth customer journeys as part of digital demo project.

  • Lead and Scout for new tools to improve the user experience, for example:  new payment types, delivery methods, experience tools etc,

  • People management: you’ll manage team of Content Executives, nurturing talent and/or managing poor performance as needed.

  • Project lead for key season moments: Ensure we have great cross functional plans for key peak moments on the web business- eg Summer Heat Wave, Black Friday etc.

About you

  • Owner first Mind-set: You’ll think first and foremost what these plans and actions do for our owner experience.

  • Comfortable with complexity and change: Comfortable adapting quickly and often to changes.

  • eCommerce Expert: min 2-3 years’ management experience and using eCom systems Experience with AEM and Hybris is preferable

  • Experience leading and managing a high performing team.

  • Ability to navigate matrix structure: You’ll be comfortable working with diverse teams across the organisation and navigating a matrixed organisation.

  • Prior knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Decibel would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Strong communicator: Able to clearly communicate technical issues in a simple laymen’s terminology.

  • Keen eye for detail particularly within a digital setting

  • Has a bias for action and ability get things done with a positive attitude.

  • Fluent in English
