About the Role
E-Commerce has developed into our most significant channel for Dyson globally, and this is especially true in Southeast Asia. Our success in the region will largely depend on our rapid scaling of these online businesses.
This E-commerce Specialist (Or Senior E-commerce Specialist) role will be responsible for the development, execution and profitability of the eCommerce business for Singapore market, reporting directly to the e-Commerce Sales Manager of Singapore.
Main responsibilities
Working alongside eCommerce Sales Manager & SEA eCommerce Lead to create campaigns & promotional plans to deliver against sales targets
Manage local eCommerce partners to ensure sufficient resources supported to achieve sales targets
Plan and execute Dyson campaigns with local eCommerce partners via annual and mega campaign packages
Implement merchandising strategy for eCommerce partners alongside with internal Dyson team
Monitor and resolve operational matters to ensure smooth customer experiences
Explore partnership with external partners (e.g. banks) for Dyson.com & marketplaces
Plan and execute new product launches and marketing campaigns across all eCommerce channels
Analyse and report the key KPIs across all eCommerce channels, keeping stakeholders and leadership abreast of performance
About you
3-4 years of experience in Singapore across e-Commerce and other sales roles. - we are flexible to meet more senior talents and adjust the job grade based on experiences and skills.
Experiences in Electronics/consumer multi-national brand or local pure-play sites with a proven track record would be ideal

Demonstrated sales management, and strategic marketing capabilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & secure buy-in
Good communication skills, both written & verbal Fluency in English.
