Junior E-Commerce Manager

Dyson E-commerce team is a small and dedicated group of people focused on delivering the best online customer experience and growing online sales as one of the important channels for the whole company.

About the role

You will work closely with the E-commerce, Digital, and Marketing teams to deliver projects, campaigns, and optimizations to drive the continuous improvement of the customer experience and ensure day-to-day e-Commerce operations run as smoothly as possible.

This role is pivotal to supporting’s ambition within the Polish business, so you must be a clear and effective coordinator, project manager and team player.   

Working with a cross-functional team in Poland, the Netherlands (EMEA hub), and with UK based Group (Global) functions, your performance will be based on delivering against our local e-Commerce trading strategy, including our channel performance, SEO, content M2, pure players accounts and overall D2C experience

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the online product catalogue, including adding new products, updating existing products, and ensuring accurate product information and imagery 

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve the website's visibility and organic search rankings 

  • Raising IT incidents and requests using ticketing system and collaborating with the IT to solve them 

  • Testing new website features before the rollout 

  • Monitor competitors’ websites and industry trends to stay informed about emerging opportunities 

  • Involvement in marketplace listings including setting up and managing content 

  • Supporting other Ecommerce projects  

  • Help with affiliates  

About you

Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce 

  • Strong motivation in learning of E-commerce  

  • CMS experience is a plus  

  • Interest in SEO elements  

  • Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail. 

  • Solution-oriented: You have a bias for action and get things done with a positive attitude. 

  • Collaborative: You are comfortable working with colleagues and peers across countries, cultures, and levels of seniority. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. 

  • Google/Adobe Analytics skills are a plus  

  • Fluency in English and Polish is must
