About the role
You will work closely with the E-commerce, Digital, and Marketing teams to deliver projects, campaigns, and optimizations to drive the continuous improvement of the customer experience and ensure day-to-day e-Commerce operations run as smoothly as possible.
This role is pivotal to supporting Dyson.com’s ambition within the Polish business, so you must be a clear and effective coordinator, project manager and team player.
Working with a cross-functional team in Poland, the Netherlands (EMEA hub), and with UK based Group (Global) functions, your performance will be based on delivering against our local e-Commerce trading strategy, including our channel performance, SEO, content M2, pure players accounts and overall D2C experience
Main Responsibilities
Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities for SEO
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Help to drive online sales via pure players
Analyse and determine actions and opportunities from various reports and datasets.
Assist and help to drive volume in other channels (affiliates, marketplace)
Support in publishing content in Magento 2 CMS
About you
Skills and Competencies
At least 2 years experience in e-commerce activities, including Content Management and SEO
Relevant degree with strong Web knowledge and experience
Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool
A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
SEO, eMerchandizing and UX/UI
Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
Able to work under pressure·
Passion for E-Commerce and relevant market knowledge
Solution-oriented: You have a bias for action and get things done with a positive attitude.
Collaborative: You’re comfortable working with colleagues and peers across countries, cultures and levels of seniority. Use of GIFs is mandatory
Experience working with Magento websites
Strong written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Google/Adobe analytics and Magento 2 knowledge is required
Fluency in English and Polish
