About the role
Managing website content, delivering ambitious e-commerce sales targets, and managing stakeholders will be key parts of this role.
Based in Dyson’s EMEA hub in Amsterdam, this role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on ongoing website and trading improvements to grow our Dyson website channels. Given the structure and style of Dyson it entails the development of strong bridges across the business, working closely with a of key partners while also inspiring and galvanizing them to deliver.
The successful candidates will report to the E-Commerce Manager and works closely with our business development and marketing teams as well as the Dyson digital teams.
Accountabilities
Managing website content and optimising the website in accordance to e.g. SEO and site search guidelines. This will include content creation of new products, set-up of campaign landing pages and asset briefings
Improve the onsite customer journey together with Dyson group in regard to the latest UI/UX trends
Planning activations together with the E-Commerce manager and local distributor and their execution on the website incl. volume planning, stock management and daily monitoring
Shared responsibility with the E-Commerce Manager for the achievement of our conversion rates, average order values and volume target
Creating regular reports to improve the website performance like website health audits and consistency checking
Continuously improving Dyson websites and understanding the shopper journey through comprehensive analytics and by testing new propositions
About you
Fluency in Czech and English. Romanian or Hungarian in addition would be a big advantage
Professional website content management experience
Good knowledge of SEO and tools used to optimize website performance
Analytical skills and the ability to use data to understand and improve performance
A Passion for the digital world and the opportunities UX &UI bring to drive traffic & sales
Strategic & analytical
Independent and structured in approach
Enjoys working in a fast-paced & constantly changing environment
A Self-starter with lots initiative and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
