About the role
The E-Commerce Trading Executive will support all trading / sales activities on Dyson.de, closely working together with the E-Commerce Trading Manager, the E-Commerce Experience Team as well as the Senior E-Commerce Manager. He or she will support in planning and lead in executing as well as being the key operational contact for all daily trading activities.
Working with a cross functional team both within Germany and with EMEA functions, he/she will be responsible for the customer journey from stock inbound to product inhand. Working closely with the E-Commerce Experience Team, he/she will support in optimising all relevant KPIs for web shop performance along the E-Commerce equation as well as Digital NPS.
Main Accountabilities
Transforming the Direct Trading Calendar into a world-class customer experience. Working with the Experience team and Commerical teams to execute the trading calendar – working around obstacles when they arise and ensuring all promotions are approved through the agreed processes.
Price and promotion management in line with our overall GM strategy. Optimise financial KPIs all the way through the P+L from volume to contribution.
Support in driving webshop trading performance – reporting on performance, spotting issues before they become problems, analysising previous campaings and promotions and feeding into future plans.
Working closely with Logistics to ensure stock is in place to support regular trading and promotions. Sharing current performance to facilitate more precise outbound logistics planning.
Working closely with the other direct channels as well as customer service teams to ensure promotions and general changes get communicated throughout the business.
Accessory forecast based on Finished good forecast and trading plan.
Owning the Direct Pricing Policy – ensuring that we remain compliant with all relevant policies.
Peak project management like Heatwave or Black Friday.
About you
Previous experience of account or channel management, ideally within E-Commerce or digital, in industries such as consumer electronics, consumer appliances, FMCG or comparable
Experience of working in a sales driven environment with daily trading
Experience working closely with and partnering with cross functional teams especially, Logistics, Digital Analytics, Owner Experience and Category teams
Experience in a highly dynamic environment
Knowledge and understanding of E-Commerce metrics and how each impact each other
Experience in working with financial KPIs and understanding the P+L from volume to contribution
Experience of working with a D2C logistics operation
Familiar with stock forecasting processes
Knowledge and understanding of major analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Decibel etc
Project Management: scheduling, tracking, reporting
Fluent in English (working language)
