About The Role

The E-commerce trading manager will be responsible for all e-commerce accounts (excluding official dyson.pl website). He/she will help deliver the strategic direction of the digital business. Working with a cross functional team both within Poland and with EMEA functions, he/she will be responsible for the customer journey from stock inbound to product inhand in every e-commerce fields such as Marketplace, Pure players and any other E-commerce projects . He/she should coordinate large scale promotional campaigns as well as implementation of NPD.

Working with the Head of E-commerce he/she will plan, lead, and deliver projects and promotions to drive the performance and support the growth of the Direct channels as part of the wider Polish Direct business. He/she will also be the key operational contact for daily trading activities with pure players, marketplaces and digital concession models.

Capable of strategic planning but not afraid to get hands on, this is a great opportunity for E-commerce trading manager to apply skills in a real 360 role, providing scope and opportunity to be at the forefront of growing and developing the market in Poland.

Driving Business Continuity

  • Ensure an agile, bug free user experience on all digital platforms, following HQ e-commerce & Brand guidelines
  • Support incident management for any major issue (global/local) affecting conversion rate
  • Develop, plan and execute product sales promotions and oversee onsite pricing tactics
  • Development of direct digital business by creating external sales opportunities and close collaboration with internal digital team
  • Building of internal relationships to maximize conversion and return on investment
  • Responsibility for internal newsletter marketing and CRM
  • Implement sales via Call Centre
  • Establish and implement Owner strategy
  • Continuously seek to improve the Dyson Direct onsite excellence, understanding the shopper journey through diligent analytics and testing new propositions

Driving volume and conversion

  • Drive online sales via marketplace, pure players and implement new potential digital concession models.
  • Ensure a consistent, contextual & relevant customer journey across all ecommerce platforms
  • Analyze and determine actions and opportunities from various reports and datasets.
  • Oversee digital asset management, local campaign activities while ensuring Dyson product pages where leveraging the most relevant practices, content & features among platforms.
  • Assist and help to drive volume in other channels (website and Call centre)
  • Administration of stock and sell through management, forecasting and planning
  • Leveraging analytics insights and data with using A/B testing, UX/UI and Product Performance tools, ensure optimization guidelines are followed & standards met to ensure optimization of conversion goals & objectives
  • Leverage operational insights & global best practices to influence the optimization of campaign customer journeys and path to purchase

Skills and Competencies

  • Relevant degree with strong e-commerce knowledge and experience
  • Organizational or project management skills in an international commercial environment
  • Multitasking ability
  • Project Management: scheduling, tracking, reporting
  • At least 2 years’ experience in ecommerce activities, including Content Management Systems, Personalization & Targeting, e Merchandizing, Product Performance, UX/UI
  • Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure· Accuracy and reliability
  • Project oriented and Innovation minded
  • Experience of account or channel management
  • Trading on Marketplace/Pure player experience is welcomed
  • Strong excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (written and verbal)
  • Proactivity, ability to quickly adapt into a new organization and high energy level
  • Fluency in English
