The E-Commerce Activations Manager will shape the future of the Dyson digital experience for our major retail partners.

This role is responsible for planning, recommending, co-executing and evaluating E-com demand creation plans, guided by data to optimize the E-Commerce Formula (Visits x Conversation Rate x Price per Transaction).

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate High Level Strategic Thinking & Leadership

  • Shapes and Builds the online strategy for our key Indirect Retailers.

  • Works collaboratively with our Global & Domestic teams to bring the Dyson standards for best in class customer experience to life.

  • Hunts for opportunities and spaces to trial new activity, to ensure we are pressure testing our thinking and optimizing our growth potential.

Deliver Digital Activations in partnership with our Lead Retail Partners

  • Responsible for the management of the Digital Performance Tool (EDGE). Working in collaboration with Shopper & Sales teams to define and implement improvement strategies across key metrics (Search, Content, Ratings & Reviews, Availability).

  • Work closely with commercial teams to develop breakout Digital Commerce plans for their online accounts.

  • Owns the content integrity of Flix Media, ensuring that all content is live, relevant and flowing seamlessly through to our customer channels and Dyson product landing pages, to drive awareness, consideration and improved conversion.

  • Leads and Owns the digital elements of the Joint Business Planning sessions (JBP), ensuring that online activations compliment the broader business plans.

Support the Account teams to deliver Sales and Gross Margin targets

  • Creates lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure Dyson is kept front of mind for retailer led opportunities.

  • Measures and Evaluates online activity to ensure we are optimizing ROAS (return on advertising spend) and driving improved ROI (return on investment) at every touch point.

Partners with key stakeholders to unlock core data and analytics, to optimize the E-Comm formula and deliver the Dyson sales ambition.

About you:

Experience to succeed

This role requires someone commercial with extensive sales/marketing experience, preferably in a premium brand.

You will have a minimum of 3 Years’ experience in an E-commerce or digital content/activation led role, preferable within the consumer goods industry and have gained experience working with E-Commerce / Digital Tools i.e. EDGE/Clavis.

You have proven delivery of results working in a cross functional team

You have a strong understanding of the online environment and how to optimize consumer experience and conversion and have proven experience working with and influencing difficult stake holders.
