About the Role

The eCommerce Campaign Planning Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of eCommerce campaigns for the Direct eCommerce business across ANZ (Dyson.com.au/Dyson.co.nz), driving commercial outcomes across multiple campaigns throughout an annual basis and lead an increase in overall awareness of Dyson.com platforms.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-

  • Activation and optimisation of acquisition eCommerce events i.e. Black Friday

  • Liaising with global counterparts on strategy

  • Aligning on offers with local commercial team

  • Briefing messaging and assets to support campaign activity

  • Briefing in paid media, owner experience and comms teams to amplify campaigns where applicable

  • Briefing in eCommerce web teams to implement on site

  • Approving media strategy and reporting on performance

  • BBI Management – assigning and management of annual budget to support activity with ROI in mind

  • Also assist in managing eCommerce campaigns such as new product launches, online sales events and direct initiatives and promotions

  • Manage and build relationships with external payment partners to optimise activity and identify opportunities

  • Build effective relationships with external agencies, Direct, Sales, Brand, Customer Care and Dyson Group to help plan, manage and execute strategy

About You

To be successful in this role you bring strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills, with a proven capacity to prioritise and perform time-sensitive tasks. You are highly organised and delivery focused with a positive and proactive approach, a self-starter with a can do attitude and plenty of initiative.

Previous skills & experience: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Solid experience in Digital/Marketing

  • Exposure to ECommerce platforms and merchandising

  • Proven experience preferably in an eCommerce environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Strong interpersonal and group communication skills

  • A love of Digital and eCommerce

  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability in English

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and a keen eye for detail

  • Ambition to grow Dyson business

  • Adobe Photoshop experience

  • Other: Anaplan
