About the role:

Assist in delivering the growth objectives for Dyson Online Store

  • Work with the team to deliver and exceed the growth objectives for Dyson Online Store and Direct Marketplace the overall direct business across product categories
  • Support the team to report on performance, insights and optimizations on a periodic basis to all levels of the organization

Assist in development of online merchandising strategies to drive engagement and commerce on Dyson Online Store

  • Assist to build processes, calendars to communicate Dyson Online Store and Direct Marketplace merchandizing plans to various teams across the organization
  • Assist in developing profitable online programs including eCommerce range planning, promotions, and merchandising solutions to elevate the Dyson brand

Drive quality traffic to ecommerce sites to ensure conversions and sales through digital marketing campaigns

  • Work with agencies to prepare marketing materials to support sales campaigns
  • Evaluate efficiency of media channels and drive improvements on media strategy to report on performance, insights and improvement areas on periodic basis
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase Dyson online store and marketplace traffic and conversions
  • Monitoring the online presence and competitors’ marketing activities
  • Devise new testing ideas and provide recommendations on new promotions, channels and targeting methods to reach new audiences, drive growth and maintain a profitable ROI

Assist in building and executing a differentiated strategy for Dyson Online Store based upon customer insights, product category needs and digital capabilities

  • Assist the eCommerce & Operations Assistant Manager to strengthen “why Dyson Online Store” value proposition through differentiated ecommerce and merchandising strategies
  • Obsess over the details to ensure Dyson Online Store always sets the standard across the market
  • Manage day to day order operation including inventory check, handle customer enquiries on web shopping through online channels, listing and updating of products / promotions on marketplace platforms

Fulfil other duties as required

  • Be an active subject matter expert on all things digital
  • Write briefs for the media agency hub for related promotion or program launch
  • Ensure that all Dyson communications are compliant from an IP, legal & product team perspective
  • Perform QA on all product and offer launches online.

About you:

  • 2-4 years years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tool such as Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics 360 
  • Experience managing store promotions and merchandising for an ecommerce site
  • Self-starter with lots of initiatives
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & secure buy-in
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong independent decision-making, organization, planning and problem-solving skills
