About the role
Reporting to the Head of Logistics, the Fullfilment Manager drives the 4PL and Direct development for the Region with focus on stakeholder satisfaction and Continuous Improvement. They will ensure that the long-term strategy for the Region is supported by Supply Chain’s existing 4PL provider base and will lead the process to increase capability, both internal and external when required.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Understanding the 4PL carrier landscape
throughout the region
- Undertand 3PL direct capability throughoiut the region
- Understand market aspirations and gaps to current capabilities for
direct throughout the region
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and provide robust forecast and
operation plans to cover peak periods
- Define 4PL strategy across the EMEA territory
- Lead the tendering process for all 4PLs across the EMEA territory
- Lead the contracting process for all 4PLs across the EMEA territory
- Ensure consistency of contract management for 4PLs across EMEA
- Understand EMEA strategy for both retail and direct delivery and ensure
alignment with 4PL service offerings
- Be the point of escalation for all 4PL issues
- Lead the direct strategy and work with group to align region to global
direction
- Defining 4PL KPIs, alignment across the region
- Ensure 4PL capacity matches market requirements throughout the lifetime
of the contract
- Forecast generation/sharing for all stakeholders
- Develop and provide robust forecast and operation plans to cover peak
periods- 4PL
- Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in
the purpose of the role.
- Identify problems and find solutions
About you
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:Technical:
• Proven experience and passion in driving 4PL processes
• Strong knowledge on Logistic Management methodologies
• 4PL, Logistic and transportation Systems knowledge
• Contract management experience
