About the Role
As the eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of eCommerce trading activities on Dyson.com.au and Dyson.co.nz and working with the eCommerce team to achieve Dyson Direct strategy for ANZ.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Manage eCommerce activities including campaign activations, site merchandising and product builds on Dyson.com.au and Dyson.co.nz
Drive best-in-class campaign activations for ANZ, embedding robust working processes, and planning and executing onsite merchandising and user journeys to optimise performance
Drive post-campaign and ongoing website analysis and insights, measuring performance to identify optimisation opportunities
Support user experience enhancements, delivering projects to improve online journey's, product discoverability, and merchandising, with particular focus around campaigns and product launches
Working with the eCommerce team in developing and planning activations and initiatives
Support and work with internal teams such as eCommerce, Brand and digital to assist in planning and executing eCommerce campaigns and initiatives
Assist in regular optimisation initiatives and day-to-day trading activities
Support testing and implementation of new website enhancements
Supporting operational issues such as ad-hoc requests, technical issues and incident management
Support the eCommerce team in delivering total site CVR, ATB and shopping behaviour targets
Support other internal teams with activities such as customer care, finance and fulfilment with any eCommerce related activities
Build effective relationships with the Brand, Retail, PR, Design, Support and Dyson Group to help plan, manage and execute strategy
About You
The eCommerce Specialist will bring strong organisational, planning and time-management skills, with a proven capacity to prioritise and perform time-sensitive tasks coupled with a keen eye for detail. You can work independently and can understand and cope with technical detail along with a can-do attitude and plenty of initiative. You are highly organised and delivery focused and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Previous skills & experience:-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Solid experience in a Digital/Marketing role
CMS/eCommerce platforms
Executing eCommerce activities such as merchandising and campaign delivery
Languages: HTML/CSS
CMS: Magento 2
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Analytics
Positive and proactive approach
Strong interpersonal and group communication skills
A love of Digital and eCommerce
Ambition to grow Dyson business
Adobe Photoshop experience would be beneficial
