Dyson is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronics Sustaining Programme Manager to work with us in Singapore. The role will be based in Dyson Singapore's Technology Centre.

We’re currently searching for an experienced Electronics Sustaining Programme Manager. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives and management. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for program management and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from scoping to completion.

About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Sustaining Process Creation/Governance/Improvement to maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain Sustaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Be involved in full sustaining projects management, from understanding sustaining request, justifying sustaining project, conducting impact analysis, monitoring project execution and project closure
  • Oversee business needs and prioritize sustaining tasks/projects, transform Sustaining requests into Electronics team scope of work
  • Coordinate projects and their interdependencies
  • Work with Sustaining project managers to define scope of work, plan with set clear milestones for sustaining projects
  • Help sustaining project managers to solve resource conflictions among projects
  • Managing and coaching sustaining project managers and teams
  • Work closely with Dyson internal cross function sustaining teams to define sustaining programs and initiatives
  • Prepare weekly program reports and distribute to stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Mapping and Management

About you

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Electric and Electronics or other related field
  • 5+ years of experience in leading technology development projects/programs
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, communicate, and effectively mitigate technical and non-technical program risks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced matrix technical organization
  • Excellence communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understand HW/SW/FW development and qualification process
  • Working experience in EMS/semiconductor industry is an advantage
  • MBA is a plus
