About the role

The EMEA Content Executive will be responsible for the merchandising of the Dyson.com web shop in EMEA. You will support emerging high growth markets in implementing changes to their website. You will work closely with the EMEA E-commerce and Local Digital Teams to deliver projects, campaigns, optimisations and content fixes to drive the continuous improvement of the onsite experience.  Your work will help support the growth of the web-shop channel as part of the wider EMEA business.

Accountabilities

Dyson is a fast paced and agile company. The below is an example of your main week to week accountabilities but is not a complete list.

  • Support growing markets by managing web content and products through our Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris, Magento 2, delivering a consistently premium customer experience on Dyson’s Websites.

  • Work with EMEA, local and group teams to build and localise pages for the website, merchandising them accordingly

  • Set up and manage promotions in line with the relevant commercial calendar. Work cross-functionally to ensure promotions are well merchandised and drive a positive uplift in sales.

  • Partner with our optimisation programme (RACE) which identifies insights and quick wins, to improve day to day trading on Dyson.com and implement their recommendations.

  • Work closely with local teams and support them to launch and integrate new functionality, NPD and campaigns.

  • Carry out regular site health checks and fix what needs to be fixing (bugs, typos…)

Pick up new activities that fall broadly within the purpose of the role:

  • Keep up to speed on the latest digital trends.

About you

  • Digital: You have a basic understanding of all things digital and eCommerce.

  • Systems: Prior knowledge of AEM, Hybris and Magento 2 would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Owners First: You’ll understand and think about what these plans and actions do for our owner experience.

  • Agile: Be capable of working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, with autonomy and flexibility.

  • Organised: You are able to break down a goal into manageable tasks and work efficiently to deadline.

  • Multi-tasking: You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Communication: You are a strong communicator, able to communicate technical issues using simple terminology.

  • Detail: You have a keen eye for fine details

  • Solution oriented: You have a bias for action and get things done with a positive attitude.

  • Collaborative: You’re comfortable working will colleagues and peers across countries, cultures and different levels of seniority.

  • Fluent in English and another EMEA language, Arabic, German and Turkish are preferable.
