The Dyson Talent Acquisition team plays a key part in influencing the future of Dyson, by acquiring the best global talents to support its ambitions to enter new fields and develop a new generation of high-performing technology products with increasing intelligence.
We are in a race to develop patentable technologies which will power our future products and we are looking for a Employer Branding Manager develop and manage multimedia content including video, social media, digital, mobile, print and more to amplify the life inside Dyson and help to attract pioneering, innovative and authentic candidates to Dyson.
About the role
This role is base in Singapore and you will have the chance to partner with our global leaders, HR, TA and communications team. You will :
Manage all the brand, advertising, promotional and marketing campaign across Dyson Career page, Linkedin, Glassdoor and work with marketing and communications team for Talent attraction content across Facebook, Instagram and other Social medias
Collaborate with the tech team to develop content for Github and other tech forums
Curate and localize talent storied to be updated our careers/department's website articulate the unique culture of working across all the markets that Dyson is representd in
Develop linkedin campaigns / email marketing and social media strategically, focusing on candidate lead generation to support the Talent Acquisition team to engage and win talents
Event planning on webinars, career fairs with the business and global TA team
Manage media and talent acquisition spend across multi channels
Work with local HR/TA team to communicate ou Employer Value Proposition (EVP) both internally and externally.
Collaborate with inhouse design and communications team to create photos and videos to showcase the life #insideDyson.
You will also have the opportunity to :
Identify and take on special projects that will support the Talent attraction aspect of the people agenda
Think outside of the box, identifying opportunities for improvement to support for Dyson aggressive growth plan
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline (marketing, advertising, business, communications, etc.) with at least 8+ years of experience in content management, especially online
Multilingual with excellent communication skills, experience in working across various market is a plus.
Experience with video storytelling for multiple social media platforms.
Track record in delivering successful campaigns with hands on experience in writing, editing and managing a library of written and multimedia content.
Diverse writing experience in multi channels such as white papers, newsletters, presentations, flyers, educational materials, tutorials, scripts, blogs, and wikis is a plus
