About the role
1) Responsible to perform and update preventive maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) for ink/tape batching equipment.
2) Responsible to monitor preventive maintenance schedule for ink/tape batching machines
3) Responsible to upload and update latest preventive maintenance checklist and WI documents in DCC share folder
4) Responsible to monitor all measuring tools and equipment used in production of ink/tape batching process are calibrated.
5) Responsible for equipment troubleshooting, monitoring and breakdown report not limited to machine downtime only but also others such as quality and safety issue
6) Responsible to ensure that machines running as per equipment specifications, safety and quality standards
7) Update daily activities ,preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, output and machine performance in daily equipment report
8) Support equipment engineer in machine improvements or troubleshooting activity.
9) Support process, production and quality team at ink/tape batching
10) Support production of ink/tape batching process.
10) To keep machines and working area clean and maintain 5s housekeeping.
About you
1) Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years experiences in automated manufacturing environment
2) Experienced in electrical, mechanical and pneumatics systems troubleshooting.
3) Familiar with automation components- motor, inverter ,sensor, HMI and how the machine works.
4) Ability to read and understand mechanical & electrical schematics diagram
5) Independent, flexible and self motivated
6) Pro-active and always want to learn attitude
