Our Experience Delivery team are responsible for managing the delivery of Digital Missions that bring our technology and products to life, creating the best possible experiences at every point in the journey and execution across our digital platforms. Our focus is bringing teams and stakeholders together across multiple channels, using our expertise, and driving innovation, all to deliver digital experiences to markets that set us apart from the competition.

About the role

As an Experience Delivery Manager, you'll be part of the Digital Experience Delivery team who work very closely with Project Managers, Senior Stakeholders, Experience Designers, UX Researchers, Product Owners and Copywriters to deliver new experiences across the full spectrum of digital channels, working in an Agile Sprint environment, managing multiple Missions.

The role is to manage and champion the end-to-end delivery of digital experience, enhancement, and NPD missions. Through end-to-end mission management you will manage and drive productivity, including briefings, kick-off meetings, project set up, workshops, research, design, and handover, making sure stakeholders are fully informed and involved as and when needed.

You’ll be responsible for the prioritisation of your own and others work according to a changing environment, managing cross functional teams, and leading daily and weekly scrum meetings. You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple cross channel experiences at any one time, creating detailed project plans, working in two-week sprint cycles, ensuring Agile principles and methodologies are adhered to, continuously pushing teams to deliver each quarter against objectives, ensuring consistency and quality of output is delivered on time.

About you

  • At least three years’ digital experience within agency and/or in-house delivery teams
  • Experience in Agile delivery, ideally for multiple teams 
  • Energetic, engaging, positive, a multitasker, flexible, adaptable, approachable, and supportive
  • An excellent communicator (both written and verbal) and collaborator
  • Adept at building strong relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders, bringing together relevant areas of the business to deliver seamless, integrated experiences
  • Commercially aware, comfortable understanding the 'big picture' as well as being able to get into the detail needed to deliver missions in line with overall business objectives
  • Previous experience of Jira would be beneficial but not required
