About the role

Forming part of the Spanish Sales team, the Dyson Experts are a national team whose objective is to drive sales and build brand advocacy within our retailers in the Spain market. This is done through the active demonstration of Dyson in our key retailer’s stores.

Main duties/Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approaching customers in store and demonstrating the Dyson product range according to their needs and requirements. Trading up through the product range as appropriate.

  • Placing the Dyson POS out in store where applicable.

  • Checking stock levels and that all Dyson products are out on display and in working order with the correct price.

  • Ensuring cables and any other parts are cleared away and cannot cause an obstruction for customers

  • Ensuring the Dyson machines and display are tidy, clean and ‘shoppable’

  • Actively building relationships with store staff and training them where appropriate

  • Checking that all display models are working fully when switched on. You will be demonstrating these models and will want to know if there are any problems in advance of switching them on

  • Completing daily Evaluation Form with days sales and reporting to head office in a timely manner

  • Report any faults or missing parts to feedback to your Team Leader

  • Completing accurate daily Sales forms made during the day and any expenses and reporting to head office in a timely manner

  • Meeting daily sales targets for your store

  • Consulting the Expert website to find out about special in store activities and update them on the condition of the Dyson range within your store.

  • Fulfil other duties as required

  • Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role

  • Fix things that need fixing

  • Identify problems and find solutions

About you

Essential:

  • Customer focused - Previous experience in a customer facing role

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Strong influencing skills/building relationships

  • Creative and innovative – able to think outside the box

  • A high level of drive to achieve and exceed results

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Honest, Open and brave approach to all activities.

  • Attention to detail, taking pride in what you do.

  • Windows office knowledge

Desirable:

  • Previous Sales Experience in Dyson associated retail partners

  • Experience of working in a retail environment
