PURPOSE OF ROLE (based in Dyson's Singapore Advanced Manufacturing Plant):

Dyson Singapore Facilities Team is looking for a Facilities Administrator to be based in Dyson's Singapore Advanced Manufacturing Plant in Pioneer. This role requires candidate to have experience and knowledge of Facilities Administration, Procurement, or Related Fields.


  • Assist facilities department in the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing plant.
  • Assist department in raising purchase requisitions and ensure their proper processing, from initiation to goods received, service completion.
  • Assist department in processing credit note from vendors and submitting claims in concur.
  • Assist department in managing and documenting service contracts in ensuring contract are always valid unless instructed.
  • Assist department in administrating change management review. Assist department in arranging review with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices and take necessary actions before finance month closing.
  • Track and monitor spent not exceeding allocated budget. Prepare a monthly facility spending report for review with site facilities management.
  • Coordinate the receiving, proper storage of goods, and processing of document.
  • Manage transportation services, arranging logistics and coordinating deliveries as required
  • Provide support for on-site event setup, ensuring smooth operations and effective utilization of facilities
  • Address and respond to queries from end user related to general facilities for the manufacturing site, including parking and other facility-related questions.
  • Maintain and update of facilities SharePoint and facilities operation dashboard
  • Develop and maintain filing system to keep track of documentation (hardcopy and softcopy), work updates and statutory licenses status.
  • Maintain tidiness and accuracy of facilities documentation, site records and tracking file
  • Support team in providing documentation support during internal or external audits.
  • Ensure work orders issued are closed timely with end user satisfaction, escalate any urgent issues to the respective function within facilities.
  • Monitor plant building management system (BMS) for critical alarms; escalate critical alarms to duty engineer and technicians.
  • Execute the escalation flow chart per defined out of control action plans (OCAP)
  • Assists in liaising and reporting building defects wherever applicable with Landlord.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor


  • Prior experience in facilities administration, procurement, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in managing purchase requisitions, invoices, and associated documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in cost tracking and submission processes.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage goods reception, transport, and event setup.
  • Effective communication skills to respond to queries and provide assistance regarding facility-related matters.
  • Familiarity with cost-effectiveness analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of facility management systems and software is an advantage.
