FP&A Manager

Support monthly financial forecast & KPI reporting for market operations to ensure all key business deliverables are met

·  Conduct P&L variance analysis and provide commentary to stakeholders in Market, Greater China and HQ

·  Facilitate month end process, liaise with budget owners to deliver accurate financial projection and closing

·  Support annual budget and monthly LE forecast process to ensure timely and accurate submission

·  Business Partner to Commercial Team to provide business simulations and performance reviews to highlight risk & opportunities

·  Controller to Topline Investment, perform ROI analysis and evaluation with variance analysis

·  Cultivate strong financial discipline with commercial teams in managing function costs

·  Participate in business and process/system improvement projects to increase efficiency, enhance information for detailed analytics, and strengthen governance & controls 

·  Demonstrate agility to perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
