FP&A Manager

About the role

• Responsible for monthly financial forecast & KPI reporting for market operations to ensure all key business deliverables are met
•  Conduct P&L variance analysis and provide commentary to stakeholders in Market, Greater China and HQ
• Facilitate month end process, liaise with budget owners to deliver accurate financial projection and closing
•  Responsible for annual budget and monthly LE forecast process to ensure timely and accurate submission
• Business Partner to Commercial Team to provide business simulations and performance reviews to highlight risk & opportunities
• Controller to Topline Investment, perform ROI analysis and evaluation with variance analysis
• Cultivate strong financial discipline with commercial teams in managing function costs
• Participate in business and process/system improvement projects to increase efficiency, enhance information for detailed analytics, and strengthen governance & controls
•  Demonstrate agility to perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

About you:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional qualifications in HKICPA or other equivalent qualifications is preferable
• 8 years+, include solid FP&A experiences in a matrix and dynamic environment is a must
• Team player with strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details with great accuracy
• Agile, flexible and proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Excel and PPT. Previous experience in SAP, OneStream and BI systems is a plus
