Dyson Singapore is looking for a Global Accessory planning Manager to be based in our Technology Centre in Singapore.
About the role
Reporting into the Global Spares & Accessories Planning Lead, the Global Accessory planning manager will have responsibility for Global accessory portfolio management. The role will work closely with multiple stakeholders in building standard accessory portfolio management process.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance accessory portfolio management process
Work collaboratively with individual market teams to ensure accurate final demand signal aligned with guideline of group commercial/category
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage accessory product lifecycle
Analyse Accessory forecast errors, perform root-cause analysis and continue improvements to the forecast
Review, recommend and enhance systematic Gift With Purchase (GWP) demand planning process
Work collaboratively with markets to control aging inventory
Identify capacity gap with production team for accessories
Identify, report and follow up on key risks and opportunities through Integrated Business Planning meetings
About you
A minimum bachelor’s degree is required
Experience in demand planning
Experience in lifecycle management
Experience in Integrated Business Planning / Sales & Operations Planning is preferred
A proven track record with at least 8 years of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High Proficient in strategic thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience and respond constructively to new demands and challenges
Displaying proactiveness and tenacity in resolving issues
Strong planning and organizing capability
Preferable SAP and/or Kinaxis user experience.
