Global Retail Systems Trainer 


Over the last 7 years, Dyson has established our own retail proposition, opening 443 Dyson Demo stores around the world (across 23 different markets). That’s just the start and our ambitions are to continue to grow our own retail presence and evolve in line with the plans for Dyson’s long-term vision.  

Job Summary 

This role will be part of an exciting journey of global retail systems transformation, equipping store teams with the necessary system knowledge to deliver best-in-class customer experience in Dyson Demo stores globally. This role oversees the design to delivery of the full training curriculum for the new retail systems.  

This role has dual reporting into the Global Senior Retail People & Training Manager and Global Senior Retail Product Manager. The position will be based in Singapore. 

Role and Responsibilities: 


  • Design training programmes and tools for new retail systems 

  • Assist in the publication and implementation of systems training materials 

  • Deliver new retail systems training and partner with store teams globally to drive adoption  

  • Manage the successful delivery of training elements in accordance to global programme roll-out  

  • Collaborate with the global store leader community to gain insight for future developments 

  • Partner with market leads to develop systemic best practices  

  • Continually introduce new ways to improve the learning experience in order to drive engagement and completion of systems training  

  • Build best in class data tracking, reporting and governance with key metrics/KPI’s for all training initiatives 

  • Liaise and work closely with the Retail Product Team and systems provider to ensure they keep themselves updated on any developments or enhancements. 


Skills Knowledge & Experience required: 

  • Degree in computer science of equivalent  

  • Minimal 2 years of relevant experience

  • Experience training end users on systems  

  • Experience in S/4 HANA, POS, CRM 

  • Able to understand a level of technical jargon from within Jira user stories and map them to training needs.  

  • Experience in interpreting business requirement documentation and how they translate to acceptance criteria to ensure the relevant training needs are met 

  • Comfortable with all presentation or training facilitation formats: small or large group, customer facing, and virtual 

  • Self-starter, good with time management & ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines 

  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills to influence across various levels of the organization 

  • Keen interest in retail  

  • Singaporeans and PRs preferred
