About us

Dyson is a global technology enterprise.  We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better.  We’re growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations, and more people.

Committed to building and enhancing its Global Retail presence and shopper journey, Dyson is continuing to grow at pace, and with ambitious targets to reach, our NPD pipeline and points of distribution in physical third-party and direct retail are essential for meeting these targets.

The Retail Training Team is responsible for the Training and delivery to over 4,000+ Dyson Experts and Stylists in over 80 countries worldwide. Our mission is simple: to provide an immersive blended learning training experience that will engage our experts and build their capability to convert shoppers to owners. They establish the learning platforms and tools to empower markets through a clear framework, direction & collaboration.

We're committed to our campus culture and don’t look to offer a regular hybrid working arrangement. This helps us to achieve the spirit of Dyson – collaboration, creativity, and inventiveness – in our inspiring, social, and dynamic workspaces.

About the role

As our Global Retail Training Manager, you will be based at our Malmesbury campus, but be expected to travel as and when needed to our stores across the UK. You will need to understand the Global Retail Training Strategy and landscape at Dyson and your primary focus will be towards New Product Development (NPD) Retail Training. You will rely on the ability to design, develop, and implement an outstanding learning solution.

You will be crucial to ensuring quality training toolkits are designed and delivered in line with Commercial and NPD launch plans, owning the end-to-end training process, being involved at the start of a launch all the way through to completion, including any adaptations and translations for specific markets as well as any further development work thereafter. You will be part of the Group Retail Experience & Design Team, working with and reporting to a Senior Retail Training Manager.

You will work in partnership with the group commercial category, creative and retail demo teams, as well as the engineers, to create all training curriculum and advise them on training best practices. You will create cutting-edge, digital training content, working with our eLearning design partners and Dyson Learning Management System Team.
