We are currently looking for a suitable candidate for our Global Planning team.
About the role
The Graduate Business Process Analyst within the Global Planning team works with the Business Process Manager to define, improve and document Dyson's planning processes, and is involved in the day-to-day management reporting.
As a Subject Matter Expert, the Graduate Business Process Analyst will also be called upon to support the business in the development of reporting tools with process insights and suggest process improvements leading to improved efficiency.
Reporting to the Business Process Manager, you will be assigned to live projects putting your skill-set into practice from the get-go. Some of your tasks may include:
Perform accurate and timely weekly and monthly management reporting
Respond to ad hoc requests for information from various teams like Global Planning, Global Finance and Global Integrated Business Planning and the Executive Board
Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Global Planning team
Collaborate with markets and regions to ensure consistency and first-time accuracy of reporting
Working with the team and interacting across business stakeholders, you’ll need to be comfortable learning from others, but also sharing your own knowledge, ideas and opinions. Apart from the technical know-how, you will need to be an inquisitive self-starter who is passionate about learning and creative in problem solving. We’ll support you with a development framework designed to help you make the most of your career.

Be studying towards Supply Chain Management or any related discipline
Able to join in March/July/September 2023
Analytical with complex decision-making skills for modelling and regression analysis
Experience with SAP, SAP BW, Tableau and/or other reporting tools will be an advantage

Ability to translate complex data into understandable trends and market patterns.
Able to make analytical recommendations and provide business insights to the senior management
Experience with SAP, SAP BW, Tableau and/or other reporting tools will be an advantage
Strong drive to find creative solutions to new challenges
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience and respond constructively to new demands and challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate your ability to solve problems with an analytical and logical approach
