About us

The Design Hub is a Dyson team that is part of the Marketing department, responsible for maintaining the visual identity and brand reputation of Dyson across MEA and Turkey. We work collaboratively with local Dyson teams (Marketing, PR, Direct, Sales Teams…) to deliver seamless consumer experiences that instil an understanding of and confidence in the products performance, distinct commercial benefits to the business and ultimately brand advocacy and loyalty for both MEA and Turkey markets.

We are looking for a designer to help bring to life our direct propositions across our owned digital channels and execute our presence in controlled and 3rd party environments. 

Reporting into the Regional Design Lead in MEA, you’ll work closely with a team of creatives from the EMEA Centre of Excellence (CoE) and with Creative team at Group to design memorable experiences that engage our audiences at any touchpoint in their Dyson journey. You’ll ensure delivery is aligned to best-in-class UX principles and Dyson brand guidelines. 

About the role

  • Operating as Dyson brand guardian within the market.  The brand is an important part of this role and therefore the role demands a clear understanding of the brand principles.

  • Ensure all work is aligned to Dyson values and follows guidelines 

  • Create, adapt and artwork existing 2D and 3D templates to support local marketing activity

  • Art working of co-branded / retailer specific materials

  • Demonstrate creative thinking & superior design skills 

  • Keep abreast of the media landscape, exploring tech advances, connected products, social trends etc 

  • Continuous development of technical design abilities 

About you

  • 4-5 years’ experience as part of an integrated design team

  • Understanding of how digital creative connects to other media channels and forms a complete customer experience 

  • Experience of editing software (but not essential) 

  • Experience of designing & artworking large format traditional media and POS 

  • Experience designing for responsive digital content that works across device

  • Experience of designing for & delivery of DOOH 

  • Experience of designing and artworking print 

  • Understanding of platform requirements 

  • Eye for detail, layout and typography 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Appetite and passion for latest thinking, ideas, award winning creative, trends, advancements

  • Experience in expressing ideas formally and informally to peers and stakeholders 

  • Natural team player, propensity to push and explore ideas beyond the norm. 

  • Highly competent in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-design, Adobe After Effect) 

  • Fluent in English
