By 2025, there will be 100 new machines, 3 new product portfolios and Dyson’s headcount will have grown. With this pace of growth, these ambitious plans, and the complexities of global expansion, it is natural that Dyson is now thinking about the best ways to organise itself and manage its exciting new product ranges to best effect.

About the role
Dyson Software is responsible for developing software for the products (Embedded Software), Dyson Link mobile app and the Dyson Cloud. Dyson Software is the fastest growing engineering unit at Dyson as more software goes on every new product we make. Products become smarter and use advanced technologies to interact with. Therefore, we are looking for a Head of App, who will work close with the software director to:
Take ownership for the app store pages and read, manage and respond to reviews.
Review the app dashboard in Forster and generate reporting and insights from this.
Review the Sprinkler platform to generate insights and identify areas for improvements.
Utilise the insights gained from the app store, Forster and Sprinkler platforms to share back with the relevant product owner and generate work tickets to be fixed. Own analysis from these platforms to drive insights and work solutions.
Work closely with the Commercial team to represent Connectivity and ensure the voice of Connectivity is included in Commercial planning.
Work with the markets to review app engagement within the Community and provide insights to drive further engagement and interaction.
Work with the Release Manager to communicate app release detail to Contact Centres and key stakeholders.
Work with category leads to provide surveys to app users. Design, implement and manage a schedule for the year and own the functionality of the surveys to ensure they are managed and effective across the community.
Review service areas within the app and highlight and resolve any issues which are identified.
