We are looking for a dynamic Head of Digital Supply Chain Transformation to lead our global combined efforts to build the systems that support our daily operations. The successful candidate must have several years of experience in leading large-scale digital transformations. You will work closely with senior level stakeholders in IT, Finance and business. It will be your task to develop and refine a multi-year vision for our IT systems landscape and to deploy it with a growing team of program managers, data scientists, analysts and developers.
About the role
Drive Business Intelligence, Analytics, Solutions and IT programs across Supply Chain functions such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Planning
Establishing and executing a vision for the delivery of information technology, solutions and analytics platforms to the business’s key stakeholders.
Responsible for all strategic, operational, financial, and technical responsibilities associated with the following Supply Chain BI and Solutions: Data preparation (sourcing, acquisition, integration), Data warehousing, Reporting, analytics, data exploration and dashboards, Information delivery (portals, mobile).
Lead all new solution research, development and implementation for Supply Chain in areas of Planning and Logistics across our Global teams and markets.
Ensure all supply chain IT projects related to integration and upgrades with SAP are executed on time.
Support the optimization of our planning system for a robust Integrated Business Planning process, consisting of S&OP and Strategic Planning.
Create full end-to-end supply chain visibility.
Lead operational & transformational projects through your expertise in:
a) Scoping, planning and executing projects
b) Leading and motivating others, championing and inspiring trust
c) Managing in a matrix, creating sustainable delivery through others
d) Change projects, and driving adoption across multiple sites, countries and cultures
e) Communicating risk and managing stakeholders
To excel in the role you should have experience driving digital supply chain transformation in a large manufacturing business. You should have proven track record in bringing the company to a full digital integration. Exposure to semi-con manufacturing, contract manufacturing, solution architecture, e-commerce and hardware companies would fit well within the Dyson structure.
