Description

HR Operations within Dyson is transforming with a new People system due towards the end of 2019. You will be working as part of the HR Operations team, overseeing the Benefits administration for our UK markets and support on the delivery of the HR processes for GB employees as well as European markets.


Accountabilities

Benefits Administration:

Responsible for administrating end-to-end benefits administration for our UK employees to include but not limited to:

  • Pension administration each month using our internal system, running reports, maintaining data
  • Benefits administration including but not limited to Private health care, cycle to work, Eye care
  • Partnering with the Benefits team and our suppliers on a regular basis
  • Data validation by performing regular audit checks on all benefits using excel
  • Managing pension and benefit queries escalating any complex benefits queries to the relevant stakeholder
  • Any additional project work / annual processes

HR Administration:

Responsible for administering end-to-end HR processes throughout the employment lifecycle, to include, but not limited to:

  • End to end HR processes such as starters, job changes and leavers.
  • Maintaining employee information and records on the HRIS
  • Production of changes to terms and conditions letters including amendment to the employee records for payroll submission
  • Point of contact for policy, process and contractual queries from the business
  • Analyse audit reports and perform data validation using excel
  • General HR Administration duties / projects
  • provides high quality, accurate and efficient

Skills

  • Strong IT skills to include Excel (intermediate level) and MS Word
