HR Administrator

About the role

As part of the Global HR Operations at Dyson you will be supporting our US, Canada and Mexico market.
Responsible for administering end-to-end HR process throughout the employment lifecycle, to include, but not limited to: 
  • People data system administration related to new starters, employee lifecycle changes and leavers 
  • Maintaining employee information and records in Workday (HRIS)
  • Creation of offer letters, employment contracts and employee activity changes
  • Analyze audit reports and perform data validation using excel 
  • Point of contact for policy and process queries from the business
  • Coordinate and provide employment verification current and ex-employees
  • General HR Administration duties / projects
  • Raise and pay purchase orders as needed for Americas HR Operations
  • Initiate and manage background check process 
  • Create and manage signature gathering of employment documents via DocuSign

About you

  • 1+ years of experience working in an HR, data entry or customer service role
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, while maintaining confidentiality
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to meet fluctuating deadlines at short notice and willingness to be flexible when required
  • Efficient and results focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to prioritize workload volumes and multitask where necessary
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and improve 
  • Strong team player, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and provide a high level of customer service
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or French is a plus
  • Experience working with an HRIS system, specifically Workday is a plus, but not required
