About the Role

The HR Advisor role is a true generalist role, providing a great opportunity for an HR professional who is keen to develop their skills within a fast paced and expanding environment. This role reports to Global Senior HR Business Partner while working among a strong HR team and operating within a wider global team

The HR Advisor will work with business leaders and team members to deliver HR support in a proactive manner for approx. 450 employees, and deliver People solutions which drive and support the business strategy.

This role also offers the opportunity for global working on a large scale, including collaboration across multiple regional and organisational cultures, challenging your HR skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand requirements and responsible for delivering consistent and efficient people related frameworks, processes, and programmes

  • Work with HR Centers of Expertise and hiring managers on recruitment including early careers, to bring in appropriate talent efficiently and drive necessary induction initiatives.   

  • Provide advice and guidance to leaders & line managers on HR policies and processes, resolve day to day queries effectively and support and coach people managers when dealing with employee relations issues.

  • Involve and support in talent movement, succession planning, performance management, and salary reviews; manage and provide advice and recommendations.

  • Review and analyze data to produce reports for key employee metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, and absence), identifying and investigating possible implications of issues/trends that show up as well as driving solutions and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support initiatives through participating in multi-function project teams as required.

About you

  • Degree in HRM

  • Experience in the HR generalist space to a global and matrixed organization

  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written is essential

  • Analytical skills: quickly evaluates data / situations and reaches conclusions

  • Proven ability to plan and implement projects/initiatives

  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills

  • Ability to work with appropriate attention to detail and high standards, whilst still working at pace

  • Highly credible and resilient

  • Good with Excel and PowerPoint application.
