HR Business Partner - Benelux

As the HR Business Partner for our Benelux business, you will lead a small HR team across the market that is responsible for activating change, shaping and delivering the people agenda, and establishing robust procedures that attract, develop and retain great people for Dyson


  • Your role as our HR Business Partner is to develop effective on-going relationships with Directors and Business Managers, establishing yourself as a credible, respected, and valued HR partner
  • You will be responsible for delivering expert and customer focused operational HR support, providing advice and guidance to resolve day-to-day queries as they arise
  • You’ll be responsible for coaching, challenging and influencing Directors and Senior Managers across all departments to develop the organisational capability required to enable delivery of business deliverables. You will be able to anticipate the changing needs of the business and drive the active management and development of talent
  • As our HR Business Partner you will lead the talent agenda for your business unit, understanding the key talent, their strengths, their development needs, and actively participate in talent management discussions with the business teams
  • Even though you will be in a local market, you will actively contribute to the broader HR functional strategy, understand the objectives of the other HR teams and take opportunities to share knowledge and best practice. You will ensure that everything you do is in line with the overall Dyson HR philosophy
  • You will provide leadership, guidance and coaching to your team through regular feedback, 1 to 1’s, PDP’s and objectives. You will also drive the people agenda through regular communication of people and HR priorities and processes across your business areas


  • As our HR Business Partner for Benelux you will have extensive  HR experience operating as a generalist key contact for line managers/leaders 
  • You will have experience of working with senior leaders in a Centralised or head office environment, or experience as a business partner in a local market
  • As a true business partner you will be commercially astute, as well as business focused. You will have tangible experience of using HR data and metrics to draw business insights to drive clear actions of improvement
  • You will have strong communication skills, and have the ability to build strong business relationships, as well the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • As our HR Business Partner you will have great coaching and mentoring skills and a passion for developing people
  • You will be CIPD qualified, or have a locally relevant HR qualification
