We are now looking for a HR Graduate to join the Dyson China HR department to work across all HR functions to contribute to HR execution;You will learn from doing & reflecting under Dyson Group/Dyson Graduate program to quickly grow into a HR professional.


What you'll be doing - 
  • Assisting and Supporting the HR team in daily operations, learning the Dyson culture and daily operations within HR; Shadow and observe the team on communication, coordination and influence
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition team and learn from conducting a whole cycle of recruitment
  • Independently handle recruitment cases from junior to middle level in supporting functions
  • Supporting the Talent Development team and support and deep Graduate program, campus talk; learn C&B in daily HR operation from interaction with TA, TD and HR BP teams
  • Supporting the BP team in running whole cycles of yearly performance reviews, talent reviews
  • Learning by doing on how to manage talent development and training management; Gradually accumulate facilitating skills through training organizing and delivery;
  • Learning and gradually handle employment processes, learn and accumulate business acumen and people acumen to be a HR business partner
  • Learning HR systems including but not limited to Avature, LinkedIn, Wechat, internal referrals, WorkDay
  • Always seeking new ways of working with new technology and skills; be open to the outside world with new methodologies of HR in the market; gradually learning Organization Development.
