About the role
CITO is tasked with ensuring engineering excellence as a basic standard for the delivery of Dyson Solutions, Services and Products. You will operate within multi-disciplinary agile teams working alongside technology specialists, scientists, engineers, and technical experts across a broad range of disciplines. You will have plenty of opportunities for continuous learning and people to support you during your time with us.

You will have a chance to gain hands-on experience across a series of placements with the following teams:

Cloud Acceleration
Collaboration & Intelligent Automation
End User Computing
Networks & Infrastructure
Enterprise Architecture
Technology Management
For the duration of your internship, you will have regular performance conversations as well as opportunities for development to enable you to build your reputation within the wider team and we’ll be looking to offer our high performing interns the opportunity to return on our graduate programme.
About you
Working at the forefront of technology is tough so standards and expectations are high. You’ll be contributing to live projects from the start so you’ll need to be curious, hungry to learn and ready to get stuck in. But it’s not just about technical expertise. You’ll need to be:
Studying towards a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent courses.
In your penultimate year and able to commit full-time for at least 12 weeks from June 2023
Graduating in August 2024
Strong analytical mind with an interest in developing technical skills that you want to apply to real-world situations.
You will build and test new technologies, help us continue our transition to the Cloud and analyse data to drive decisions.
You will be expected to present ideas and actively take part in discussions with colleagues, so be skilled at building relationships and collaboration.
Creative problem solver with the ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
Passionate about Dyson and our technology to help us meet our ambitious future.
