In order to support our customers, we are creating a Inside Sales Executive - Offices & Workspace. If you are an ambitious, innovative sales professional who is looking to develop your career in a fast-paced, dynamic company then we would like to speak to you.

About the role

  • Company research identifying key players and Decision Makers using existing CRM, Linkedln and/or online search engines

  • Researching business trends and initiatives to understand where Dyson will support their business visions

  • Preparation of robust monthly Call Plans dedicating specific time to the areas that need your dedication and focus

  • Completion of a prospecting Pass System proven to generate more success than sporadic contact attempts

  • Regular catch ups with POD members to assess the success criteria from activity to stop/start/continue in line with results

  • Being KPI driven with a minimum expectation of delivery against each prospecting day

  • Regular coaching reviews with your Line Manager in respect of quality of communications and engagement (in line with the agreed activity in your own POD)

  • Being the go-to person in your POD for admin tasks relating to order generation and processing, servicing requirements and support

  • Being accountable for your own performance and highlighting where you need support as soon as you need it

  • Working in your designated POD you will be part of a Team comprising of 2 regional Business Development Executives, a Vertical Sales Manager and a member of the Dyson Professional Marketing Team and together you will work to prepare and execute strategic, targeted activity, to generate new business for the Dyson Professional business.

Working in your POD your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Company research identifying key players and Decision Makers using existing CRM, Linkedln and/or online search engines

About You

  • Outbound KPl's: On a daily basis, where Outbound New Business Generation is your focus you are expected to deliver, as a minimum:

  • 30 Outbound calls to prospects from identified businesses, regardless of the conclusion

  • 2 meetings arranged for the relevant Remote Sales Team members

  • Inbound Lead Management As an Inside Sales Executive you also have responsibility for dealing with the Inbound enquiries received through different channels. We receive enquiries digitally through our website, via email to a shared inbox and over the phone following online searches of the Dyson website.

  • When these leads are received, you will:

  • Digital and email leads are to be followed up within 1 hour of receipt to qualify the enquiry and understand what it is they need

  • Telephone leads will be dealt with immediately

  • Where contact is unsuccessful you will follow up in a timely manner until you have either qualified the lead or reached a point where further progress cannot be made

  • Where there is specific need and purchase is going to be made you will process this dependent on a) volume, b) who it is for and c) the potential for further larger orders from the enquirer

  • As an Inside Sales Executive you will have a target for Sales Gross Margin generated and this is set in accordance with the rest of the GB&I Dyson Professional Business.
