Internal Audit Manager

Internal Audit and Risk
United Kingdom - Malmesbury Office

About Us

Dyson is growing fast, and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations, and more people. Pioneering technology takes more than just inventive engineers. At Dyson, we take a problem-solving approach to everything we do.

Our global Internal Audit team acts as an independent trusted advisor and critical friend, adding value to, and improving the Group’s operations, performing independent reviews of the business.

We're committed to our campus culture and want to have people collaborating, developing, and learning from each other, five days a week. By having everyone on campus together, we have been able to nurture a fantastic social and dynamic environment. In the UK this means being based in our main UK campus in Malmesbury, but with flexibility to spend time in our Bristol office also.

You will apply agile methodology during engagement execution to ensure delivery in accordance with agreed timelines; and audit approach / procedures adapted in accordance with the risks identified.

You will deliver high quality audit reports that succinctly identify practical opportunities to improve the effectiveness of internal controls, and track progress in addressing agreed audit actions and effectively support the timely closure of audit issues by the auditee. You will provide input to the annual Internal Audit Plan, to be approved by the Audit Committee.

The role will see you line manage the Internal Auditor (UK based) and may provide opportunities to line manage members of the Finance Graduate/Intern scheme for the period they rotate through the Internal Audit team.
