About Dyson:

This is a permanent role for France. Create the local Marketing support, working closely with the Marketing Lead and digital B2B as well as the Direct team B2C to:

  • Implementing global and local marketing strategies
  • Improve Professional traffic on Dyson.fr
  • Improve the Professional customers’ experience
  • Deliver high-quality leads that convert to sales
  • Generate inbound leads, improve conversion rate, activate paid social campaigns, manage paid search and SEO, and programmatic, plus explore new digital channel opportunities.

You will work closely with the Sales team to participate in the development strategies for target audiences, positioning our technologies as offering solutions to problems that others ignore.

About the Role:

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to identify target Audiences in key channels. Working with the Marketing Manager, to activate Media campaigns, paid social campaigns, manage paid search, SEO, programmatic, plus explore new digital channel opportunities.
  • Generate high-quality digital inbound leads.
  • Optimize Professional content on Dyson.fr; Ensuring content is optimized in line with SEO standards.
  • Improve the onsite Professional customers’ experience
  • Drive conversion rate improvement on Dyson.fr exploring pricing and payment options.
  • Track and analyses key funnel and site metrics such as imps, CPC, CPL, AOV, CR & ROI.
  • Work with Digital & Direct COE to roll out learnings to other markets.
  • Drive the development of brochures, POS, flyers, displays, videos, assets, goodies, testimonials, cases studies.
  • Working on multiple campaigns (both digital and offline).
  • Delivering content for a variety of channels to include brochures, banners and landing pages.
  • Assisting in the successful execution of product launches.


A Lead-driven & digital B2B Marketing plan

  • Review historical data to create ambitious growth targets:
  • Generate inbound leads.
  • Create strategic emailing CRM campaign.
  • Implementing the digital agenda.
  • Create local activation plan on social media.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure the right target audiences, positioning our technologies as offering solutions to problems that others ignore.
  • Ensure all campaigns are documented in Salesforce following our Be. Better sales process.
  • Understand both the global and regional objectives and strategies to ensure you are aligned.

Create and implement an online and offline sales & marketing strategy for direct sales:

  • Use insight and existing data to help map the online customer journey for direct sales.
  • Leverage relationships with Consumer team to maximize digital channels.
  • Work with Group to maximize functionality available on the website (Leap).
  • Create content and product sheet for the B2B Marketplace, drive NL content, display.


Execute the marketing plan, which will include:

  • Paid search
  • Paid social
  • B2B website partnerships
  • Testing new digital channels
  • Liaising with the media strategies


Key Marketing Focuses:

  • Create the local digital content, working closely with the Regional Lead to activate paid social campaigns, manage paid search and SEO, and programmatic, plus explore new digital channel opportunities.
  • Work closely with the local Direct team to ensure the most relevant, fresh.
  • Content, whilst aligned to the global Digital team’s eCommerce strategy.
  • Work closely with PR to ensure maximum exposure of the Professional range and subject matters, and minimising any negative coverage from the paper towel industry.
  • Be a Dyson Brand Champion.
  • Develop, activate and regularly analyse the local eCRM journey, aligned to the global CRM Manager.
  • Implement marketing campaigns rolled out by global Dyson, including legal approvals, localisation, consultation on market requirements, briefing and booking media, ordering & despatching assets, and post campaign review.
  • Using the SEE, THINK, DO approach raise awareness and educate our target audiences of our technologies.
  • Utilize all data sources available to you to regularly analyse performance and deliver insight to the local market which will help you all make informed decisions.
  • Manage and drive the local tradeshows and events

Ecommerce mission

  • Improve the website / ecommerce platform to make it relevant / efficient for B2B.
  • Find a B2B dedicated solution to facilitate payment for professionals on Dyson’s website.
  • Work with Group to develop this solution.
  • Help other countries within Dyson to implement this solution.

Other Duties

  • Creativity and capacity to think “out of the box” to develop a solution compatible with Dyson’s process & tools
  • Capacity to influence to work with both group and local direct/ global team
  • Create engaging presentations aligned to Dyson brand guidelines
