About The role 

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Artworker with a passion for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. You’ll have an aptitude for creating visually stunning, user-friendly, accessible designs, working closely with the talented multidisciplinary team, Digital Demand team within the Commercial Centre Of Excellence (‘CoE’) sitting in the team of APAC Digital Design Lead. 

The Digital team in the CoE is a Dyson team responsible for crafting the strategic solution to deliver the .com and marketplace Direct to consumer experience across the key markets of Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, India and Australia. 


You'll be responsible for the production of our digital assets and content across our multiple campaigns and digital experiences. You’ll work closely with the wider design teams and play a crucial role in supporting them to create our unique Dyson shopper and owner experiences, from concept through to final execution and build.  


You'll have a sharp eye for pixel-perfect detail, be confident in your approach an thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment. If you’re newly graduated from a design course or looking to expand your knowledge of digital design, then this is the perfect opportunity to get into the detail and start your journey in Dyson HQ in Singapore. 



  • Create clean, intuitive and user friendly user interfaces, aligned with Dyson guidelines. 

  •  Using iconography, typography, color, space to visualize solutions for complex user journeys. 

  • Create and manage asset libraries for reusable design and drive UI component creation. 

  • Support the continuous optimisation of enhancements to journeys.  

  • Create and resizing existing assets for use across the regional websites and channels 

  • Communicating design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders verbally and visually. 

  • Work collaboratively with the site merchandisers and third party developers to produce finished deliverables. Ensure the deliverables are in the high level of quality assurance. 

  • Identify emerging trends in interaction and interface design that Dyson should be considering for its online experiences. 

  • Understanding the data-driven research used to define the intelligent and relevant designs across our multiple categories



  • Qualification in Design or UX and/or relevant experience in the field, creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards and user flows. 

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your eye for detail and digital skills, ideally for web and mobile applications. 

  • Knowledge of design tools - Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma. Axure, Invision would be good to have. 

  • Ability to create/modify/resize UI elements and developing attractive and responsive designs. 


Nice to have 

  • Understanding of technology capabilities such as HTML, CSS and front end development. 

  • Qualification in Human- Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science or equivalent 



About you 

  • Qualification in Design or UX and/or relevant experience in the field  

  • Work experience in the digital design and UI/UX industry.  

  • Highly collaborative, and can communicate openly and effectively. 

  • Comfortable in fast paced environments, and highly adaptable. 

  • Familiarity with APAC e-commerce platforms like Rakuten, WeChat, Naver, Lazada, etc. 

  • English (primary) 

  • A secondary APAC relevant language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) would be beneficial. 

  • Experience working in an Agile environment is bonus.
