Key Account Manager


Hong Kong - Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering volume, market share and revenue with the customers/ channels.
  • Manage annual negotiations with customers, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins.
  • Preparing volume forecast and plans.
  • Develop and build relationships with key customers and a network of contacts in order to understand customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams (Marketing, finance and supply chain) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
  • Resolve any issue and problems of your customers and act as a link between your customer and internal team.
  • Support in ad-hoc assignments as required.


  • Commercial 8 years of hands-on sales experience managing and developing key accounts
  • Proven delivery of sales results including managing existing accounts & developing new business.
  • High level experience of key account/customer negotiations.
  • Consumer Goods background or technology sales background.
  • Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent personal and business presentation skills.
  • Decisive and excellent influencer.
  • Self starter who sees things to completion.
  • Entrepreneurial flair.
  • Energetic, engaging and positive approach.
  • Assertive, prepared to see through plans and overcome objections.
  • Intelligent, quick-thinking, alert.
  • Results driven.
  • Excellent English with Cantonese and Mandarin.
