The PD Process Integration Team work with representatives from global teams across the company to relentlessly improve everything we do. And with so many new categories on the way, our team needs to be more effective than ever. This team plays a vital role in supporting Dyson’s future technology. The team is split into a number of different pillars that focus on specific Business Process Management (BPM) disciplines based on knowledge and skills, these include,  People, Process, Governance, and Technology.

About the role 

Reporting to the Head of Product Development Process Integration, you will:  

  • Actively lead BPM activity within Product Development.  
  • Deliver and/or lead analysis activity to elicit requirements and inform business decisions.  
  • Work with other team members, managers, and heads of departments to lead the work of others in delivering new business processes or enhancements.  
  • Provide indirect leadership and coaching to all BA’s working within PD.  
  • Devise and plan analysis approach for larger-scale projects.  
  • Act as an internal consultant and SME to PD business stakeholders to support decision-making.  This may include providing recommendations based on domain knowledge. 
  • Review other’s work products ensuring appropriate quality.  
  • Provide specialist advice on subject to multiple senior stakeholders on complex issues.  
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve the team’s Way of Working.  
  • Identify and evaluate options for improving PD processes. 
  • Produce or guide others to produce detailed business models and assist in the preparation of business cases. 
  • Identify new alternative and innovative approaches to performing PD activities.  
  • Act as a mentor to stakeholders with the PD and other BAs

About you:


  • Years (>3) of broad practical experience in an equivalent role, performing business analysis in a variety of complex situations. 
  • Good understanding and experience of Product Development business processes
  • Ability to see the overall picture and how individual actions fit within it.  
  • Ability to know what techniques to use and what influences the usage of the various techniques for the tasks.  


  • Business Process Management (BPM) implementation experience, including extensive modeling to BPMN 2.0 standards
  • Professional qualifications e.g.  BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or IIBA Level 3 Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) ​, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Experience of working in matrix structures, with cross-functional teams and operating under both line reporting and project task managers 
  • Experience of working in agile / scrum framework environments
