About The Role

To support furnace NPI and equipment improvement with team on the ground 
To work with RDD and process for process/equipment design and development 

To work with furnace engineering team to advise on short term and long term improvement 

About You

- In-depth knowledge in lab equipment/instrument/machine/Automation and its processes
- In-depth knowledge in equipment/machine troubleshooting for both mechanical and electrical

- In-depth knowledge in high temperature furnace technology for all types of furnaces or at least tungsten or Graphite furnace
- Equipment improvement skill with good planning and follow-up
- Systematically troubleshooting with good planning

- Statistical analysis skill i.e. 6-sigma, DFMEA

- Some knowledge on material science and interaction between materials
- Minimum 3 year experience in high volume manufacturing/Auto and semi-automation
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in high temperature furnace equipment and process
